Candidates without Bengali / Hindi / Urdu, English, Mathematics, Physical science and Life Science , History and Geography as the subject combination at class X std. are not eligible for admission in class XI under W.B. Board of H.S. Education./-

Candidates are eligible for taking any subject in class XI provided he/she has the subject in class X and has got the minimum qualifying marks in the same.
# Minimum marks requirement for individual subjects for admission:
i)For lab based subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Goegraphy)-40% in the subject in class X
ii)For Mathematics-40% in the subject
iii)For statistics-40% in mathematics
iv)For Computer Science-40% in Mathematics
v)For other subjects- passing marks in the subject in class X (including languages-Hindi, Bengali, English and URDU and other subjects)/-

Candidates of ICSE BOARD or other BOARD Commerce and ARTS stream are eligible to take admission in West Bengal Board./-

Candidates of Class X who have studied English and Sanskrit or other Lanuage subject are eligible to take English and Bengali or Hindi as a Language subject./-

We are offering 24 subjects as combination for science, arts and commerce./-

We have introduced URDU as a language subject from 2010./-

Any candidate is eligible for admission in class XI provided he/she has qualified the final exam of class X from any of the list of 32 authorized boards which are considered equivalent to the W.B. Board of Secondary Education./-

Admission fees are not refundable in case admission is cancelled by student./-
